American Dream Camp Series

An opportunity to learn wrestling techniques from one of the best and most celebrated Olympic wrestlers in U.S. History!

Henry Cejudo, the youngest Olympic Gold Medalist in USA Wrestling history, hosts wrestling camps and clinics across the country aptly named, "The American Dream." The Olympic wrestler, often referred to as "The Future of USA Wrestling," gears the clinics and camps toward young athletes from every background.

About The American Dream Camp Series

Henry Cejudo believes that a wrestler must be balanced in mind, body and spirit in order to become the best. An equal amount of intense physical work, mental and nutritional knowledge and concentrated fun are needed to fuel the passion to succeed.

The weeklong American Dream Camp Series is modeled after Henry's approach to the sport. It is designed for wrestlers that are ready to take their skill to the next level. The camps include technique, intense drilling, and live wrestling with the opportunity for each wrestler to review video of their progress and watch film of famous wrestling matches to sharpen the skills needed for success. Techniques for freestyle are taught but the concentration is on folkstyle.

American Dream campers gain unique motivational and nutritional knowledge from leaders in the sport. The camps provide the invaluable experience of building individual and team skills while developing unity and motivation. Henry and a team of experienced and accomplished clinicians provide personal instruction and guidance by teaching young wrestlers the techniques that propelled Henry to Olympic glory.

The 2010 American Dream Camp Series was a success. Check back for information on the 2011 camps.
